Cherry Burl is a domestic US wood that is usually considered to be in the same class as mahogany, and it is typically reserved for making fine, hand-crafted furniture. "Burls" are imperfections within the tree – outgrowths that swirl and knot the grain – giving us beautiful and completely unique patterns.
